Our Story

Medsarva was founded on insight, experience, and a clear recognition of gaps within the healthcare system.

After completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Dr. Ashish Kumar Sharma began his professional journey as an intern at a reputed super-speciality hospital in Gurugram. During this period, he closely observed the operational and structural challenges within the physiotherapy ecosystem. Skilled professionals often lacked recognition, structured career growth, standardized systems, and fair compensation. At the same time, patients faced difficulty in accessing qualified and trustworthy physiotherapists, encountering inconsistent treatment quality, limited transparency, and the absence of proper medical record management.

This dual-sided inefficiency highlighted a critical disconnect within the healthcare delivery model—where both providers and patients were underserved despite the availability of expertise.

Recognizing this gap, Dr. Ashish Kumar Sharma initiated a systematic exploration of these challenges from 2023 onwards. Through continuous observation, practical exposure, and analysis, he identified the need for an integrated, technology-enabled platform that could streamline healthcare delivery, ensure quality assurance, and create a structured ecosystem for both patients and healthcare professionals.

With a clear vision and strategic intent, he, along with Mr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma, transformed this concept into a formal enterprise. In 2025, Medsarva Private Limited was incorporated, marking the beginning of a structured approach toward redefining healthcare accessibility and delivery.
